⚡ 16U CANNOY — UNIVERSITY OF LYNCHBURG

WELCOME TO THE BIG STAGE.

16U Cannoy stepped onto the campus of the University of Lynchburg and immediately went to work.

Top competition, Big-time environment, Zero intimidation.

JUST BALL. 🥎💨

This team played EXCEPTIONAL SOFTBALL from start to finish, competing with the confidence, toughness, and intensity that separates good teams from teams that are built for the next level.

And the opportunity off the field was just as important.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Coach Simmons and the University of Lynchburg staff for inviting us to campus and giving our athletes the opportunity to experience your program, connect with your players and coaches, and learn more about the University of Lynchburg.

THIS IS WHAT DEVELOPMENT LOOKS LIKE.

Compete against elite competition.

Learn from the best.

Get better.

Then come back and do it again.

Four straight tournament wins at 12U.

Then came the call:

TIME TO MOVE UP.

New age group.

Bigger competition.

Different challenge.

Same mentality.

And these ladies answered with one of the loudest introductions possible:

FIRST STATEMENT MADE.

They didn’t ask for permission.

They didn’t wait to see if they belonged.

THEY TOOK THE FIELD AND MADE THEMSELVES BELONG. 💥

Congratulations to our athletes and coaches on an incredible debut at 14U!

But understand this…

RUNNER-UP IS NOT THE DESTINATION.

It’s the warning shot. 🚨

The work continues.

The standard gets higher.

The competition gets tougher.

And the target?

16U Surge Cannoy is excited to take the field this weekend at Aubrey Moon Field on the campus of Lynchburg University.

Opportunities like this are what make travel softball special. Our young ladies get the chance to compete, create memories, and experience firsthand what college softball environments can look and feel like.

🔥⚡️SURGE LIFE UPDATE | WEEKEND RECAP ⚡️🔥

THE SEASON DOESN’T SLOW DOWN. THE STANDARD DOESN’T DROP. AND SURGE DOESN’T BACK DOWN.

Another weekend. Another battlefield. Another opportunity to get better.

Some teams walked away with hardware. Others walked away with lessons.

ALL OF THEM WALKED AWAY HUNGRIER.

🥎🔥 10U — THE BREAKTHROUGH IS COMING

They may be young. They may still be learning. But make no mistake…

THESE GIRLS ARE COMING.

10U battled through another tough weekend in Johnson City, TN, fighting their way into the SEMIFINALS before coming up just short.

Every weekend, the game slows down a little more. The confidence grows a little more. The pieces continue to fall into place.

THEY’RE NOT FAR AWAY.

The semifinal losses are building something.
The close games are building something.
The battles are building something.

AND WHEN THIS TEAM FINALLY GETS OVER THE HUMP… WATCH OUT. ⚡️

🏆🔥 12U — MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

THIS TEAM DIDN’T COME TO PLAY AROUND.

They came to finish, And finish they did.

The 12U squad has been absolutely ROLLING, playing exceptional softball and putting together one of the strongest stretches of their season.

Then came the final statement.

GOLD BRACKET. CHAMPIONS. 🏆🥇

They closed out their 12U season ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN.

No excuses.
No hesitation.
No backing down.

JUST RESULTS.

A championship is the reward. The work that built it is the story. 12U — YOU EARNED THIS ONE. 💙⚡️

🥎💥 16U — ADVERSITY BUILDS CHAMPIONS

Injuries.
The injury bug.
Tough competition.
Adversity.

AND STILL THEY SHOWED UP.

The 16U squad traveled to Hickory, NC and once again proved that no matter what gets thrown at them, THEY’RE GOING TO COMPETE.

They battled their way into the SEMIFINALS before coming up short.

But understand this:

A SEMIFINAL LOSS DOESN’T DEFINE THIS TEAM.

The way they continue to fight does.
The way they continue to compete does.
The way they refuse to use adversity as an excuse does.

THIS TEAM IS BEING BUILT THE HARD WAY.

And teams built through adversity are dangerous when championship time comes.

🔥 THE NEXT CHAPTER IS COMING.

10U is knocking on the door.

12U kicked the door down.

16U is fighting through adversity and getting battle-tested.
