Updated points for the season.

Reminder that you must complete 8 rodeos during the season to be eligible for buckles and finals in October. You must also do all 3 days in finals to be eligible for the buckles in season and finals.

ATTENTION 2026 BILLINGSWAY RODEO MEMBERS

Since we had to cancel our August Rodeo due to weather, we were able to keep the Member Coat Sizing Kit a little longer!

EXTRA COAT SIZING TIMES will be available Friday and Saturday night during our September Rodeo.

Exact times will be posted soon!

FUNDRAISER REMINDER

All fundraiser tickets and money are due at the by the Saturday of the September Rodeo.

REMINDER: All members must sell the required number of fundraiser tickets to remain eligible for Series Buckles and Finals.

Please make plans to turn in your fundraiser tickets and get sized for your member coat during the September Rodeo.

🚨 ATTENTION CONTESTANTS & FANS 🚨

TONIGHT’S RODEO HAS BEEN CANCELLED!

🧥 COAT SIZING:
We will still be doing coat sizing until 6:00 PM now tonight for anyone who is able to make it.

Coat sizing will be at the Concession Stand!

We are currently working with the vendor to see if we can schedule an additional coat sizing date. More information will be posted as soon as it is available.

⭐ SERIES POINTS:
All members who called in will receive their 10 call-in points for tonight’s rodeo.

MAKE-UP EVENT:
We plan to schedule a make-up rodeo at a later date. However, the make-up event will NOT count toward Series Points.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support of the Billingsway Rodeo Series. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post!

REMINDER — MEMBER COAT SIZING TODAY!

Member Coat & Vest sizing will be held TODAY from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM at the Arena!

MEMBERS:
Your membership includes your choice of a Coat or Vest, complete with:

* Felt back patch
* Your name

Coats Only: You may add your rodeo events to the sleeve:

* $6 for the first line/event
* $5 for each additional line/event

CASH ONLY! Must be paid in full today!

NONMEMBERS:
Nonmembers are also welcome to order a Coat or Vest.

CASH ONLY must be paid in full today!

MEMBERS UNABLE TO ATTEND TODAY:
Please TEXT 276-200-4001 to discuss options for ordering your coat or vest.

We have a short turnaround time and must have the complete order submitted by next Saturday, so please make arrangements as soon as possible.

Our Member Coat Sizing Kit has arrived!

Shhh…. Don’t tell anyone but we will have a choice of a vest in place of a coat this year…..

We will be doing coat sizing and taking orders:

To help us prepare for coat orders, we are asking members to go ahead and pay their entry fees tonight for both nights of the rodeo.

More details will be posted later today regarding:

• Cost for adding events to the sleeve
• Pricing and availability for non-member coats

Late Call-In Fee: Any entries received after 9:00 PM tonight will have a late call-in fee.

After Wednesday at 9 PM, NO additional entries will be accepted.
