🚨 REMINDER – CALL/TEXT IN TONIGHT! 🚨

Call/Text In for the June 19th & 20th Billingsway Rodeo is TONIGHT from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM.

Texting is preferred: 276-200-4001

Due to summer activities and rodeo staff availability, confirmation texts may not be sent until after 9:00 PM. If you do not receive an immediate response, please be patient—we will get back to you.

Remember:
• You must be Called/Texted in for this event
• Late Call ins will be accepted until Wednesday at 9:00pm with a $10 penalty!
•This is the last weekend to join for membership to be eligible for buckles and Finals Weekend!
•You must compete in 8 Rodeos for the season. (If you was called in for May Rodeo each night counted as a completed Rodeo)!

Reminder that Call/Text-In for the June 19 & 20 Billingsway Rodeo is tomorrow night from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Please note that due to summer activities and rodeo staff commitments, confirmation texts may not be sent until after 9:00 PM. If you do not receive an immediate response, your entry has still been received and we will respond as soon as possible.

CONTESTANT REMINDER – SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH OPEN RODEO

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Billingsway Arena tomorrow night!

Contestant Information

Dress Code (Required Inside the Arena)
We will be using a semi-relaxed dress code since this is not a series event:
• Short sleeve shirt that extends below the shoulders
• Jeans
• Boots
• Cowboy hat or helmet

Entry Fees
All entry fees are CASH ONLY.

Registration:
All contestants must be signed up and registered by 6:00 PM so that draws can be completed before the rodeo begins.

Payout:
Payouts will be made after the conclusion of the rodeo. Please plan accordingly.

Parking:
Please follow the posted parking guide and arena staff directions when arriving to help keep traffic flowing smoothly and ensure adequate space for trailers and spectators.

Rules:
With exception of dress code we will go off of Series Rule Book for the event.

Spectator Admission: $10 Cash
Children 5 & Under Free

🚨 OPEN BULL RIDERS REMINDER 🚨

We need all Open Bull Riders planning to compete at the Saturday, June 13th Open Rodeo at Billingsway Arena to call or text 276-200-4001 so we can ensure we order enough bulls.

📞 Call or Text by Wednesday at 9:00 PM

Open Bull Riders ONLY need to pre-enter.

✅ All other contestants will sign up at the Secretary Booth the day of the rodeo. Please arrive by 6:00 PM with entry fees paid in full.

📋 Important Reminders:
• If this is your first time competing with us in 2026, please bring a copy of your Birth Certificate or Driver’s License.
• All contestants must complete a Liability Waiver.
• A current Negative Coggins is required for all horses on the grounds.

Saturday, June 13th, Billingsway Arena will be hosting an OPEN RODEO with Youth and Adult Events!

✅ No Membership Required
✅ No Permit Fees
✅ 60% Payout

Important Entry Information:
We will NOT be conducting a full Call/Text-In for this rodeo. All contestants must sign up at the Secretary Booth on the day of the event.

⏰ Contestants must arrive by 6:00 PM to sign up and have entry fees paid in full.

🐂 Open Bull Riders:
Please text 276-200-4001 no later than Wednesday at 9:00 PM so we can ensure enough stock is ordered.

🚨 Attention Contestants and Fans 🚨

Due to rain we received the last two days and additional Rain to come we are going to cancel tonight’s Saturday May 23rd rodeo performance.

Anyone who was called in for tonight will still receive their call-in points, and tonight will count toward a completed rodeo. If you was planning on paying for membership we will extend them till Saturday Night of the June Rodeo.

We will be hosting a Open Rodeo Youth
and Adult Events (No Points Payout Only) Rodeo following the 2026 Billingsway Buckle Series event on Saturday June 13th. Details will be forthcoming. This additional performance will not count towards points or Buckles for the series.
