We will be completing the HERO WOD "Andrew" this Saturday 1/17/26 at 9am. This is in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Eaves who passed on 1/29/25 in the Black Hawk helicopter DC crash. Andrew is the brother-in-law of our member Michelle Long. We would like to also give honor to all who passed during this tragic accident.

Today we honored Jeremy Hall in true CrossFit fashion; a tough wod with tough people. We had a full house to support our coach, Dawn. There really is no better community than that of a CrossFit family. Thank you to all the visitors that showed up to support as well.
