Kids’ Tea
Vitamin C Herbal Tea

This nourishing, kid-friendly tea is a healthy alternative to sugary drinks. It combines flavorful fruits and herbs that provide vitamins and minerals to support growing children. It also makes a refreshing vitamin C tea for adults.
Ingredients

3 parts milky oat tops
2 parts rose hips
2 parts elderberries
1 part goji berries
1 part orange peel
1 part cinnamon
1 part lemongrass
1 part schisandra berries or another dried fruit, optional
½ part hibiscus
½ part burdock root
¼ part licorice

Preparation

Pour 1½ cups of hot water over 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Flavor: Sweet, citrusy, fruity, and slightly tangy
Herbal action: Nourishing
Primary support: General tonic
