Hey if you wanna volunteer and work with Special Folks and Horses..... we need Volunteers Tues, thru Thursday from 12 to 6 or 7 in the evening. Volunteering is leading horses, playing games with folks, and encouraging a positive environment. We need legs. You can do your Community Service hours with us during the times we are open. Attn: Adult beginner to advanced riders. Also those who may have a fear of horses they need or want to conquer. This message is for you.
With the kiddos headed back to school Copper Crest should have some day time openings in our schedule. Right now we teach Tuesday through Thursday from noon until 7:00. The last lesson begins at 6. However the school kiddos fill most of the 4 until 6 lessons after they head back.
With that being stated if you have an interest in riding lessons, volunteering, or The Equine Therapy program give us a call. Our goal is to turn out independent equestrians who can catch a horse, groom, saddle, and bridle on their own. We do not enjoy those whom just want to be passengers. We can teach you basic horse care to advanced maneuvers. Ms. Pam Owner and Instructor, and Ms. Kelly Assistant Instructor have over a century of horse experience between them.
We specialize in the Saddle Seat discipline and strive to perfect the riders form, and Harmony with the horse. We do teach a bit of Western and Hunt seat. We also do a bit to a lot of ba****ck work depending on what the rider needs. We ride through the seat of our pants. We explain gaits, leads, and lateral signals.
We no longer travel to shows, but we can get you ready to show offer you a tune up or make a farm call. Ms.Pam also has an amazing background and experience in horse behavior and training. She can assist with harness fitting and cart recommendations.
We are looking to switch up the late Summer and Fall season and to work with more adults. For info or scheduling call

Hey folks..... the Copper Crest Riding Therapy program is a 501 C 3 non-profit. We can provide tax receipts and acknowledgements for donations. We take all sorts of things that can benefit the program. If we can't use it we sell or trade it to continue to support the problem.

Right now we could use a farm truck. Doesn't have to be pretty, but that wouldn't hurt. Lol. Our hay truck has lost the transmission and the cost is not worth the repair fee. If you have a 4x4 that runs and could accept a rear spike and w***h. PM the page. We would be grateful.

Hey Students,
Old and New don't forget our regular 2025 season starts on the First Tuesday in April. If you wanna get on the schedule you may start calling after this week. We wanna try to schedule private lessons early in the day. The schedule look like now we will teach from 12 noon until 6 daily with the last lesson of the day beginning at 5pm. All lessons start at the top of the hour. Anyone more than 15 minutes late may not be included in the lesson. We are going to only book small lessons and they will fill up quick.
We also have volunteer opportunities available. We accept people needing to complete volunteer hours. We also accept most folks with non violent offenses to complete Community Service Hours. During our hours of operation.
Please no scheduling calls for regular lessons until after next week.
We are only open by appointment until the first Tuesday in April and if the temperature is above 40. You must call to schedule the night before.

Hey riders change of plan. Drill Teams will not start July 11th. Also, we will be closed for the 4th of July. Only the 4th that week. Please go ahead and sign up for drill team early.
