Summer lifting is back @ Paul Petersen Fitness Center! 💪

Summer schedule:(**starting JUNE 1**)

Monday: 8:15-9:00am (all-athlete) & 8:45-9:30am (football)
Wednesday: 8:15-9:00am (all-athlete) & 8:45-9:30am (football)
Thursday: 8:15-9:00am (all-athlete) & 8:45-9:30am (football)

Our all-athlete lifts are open to anyone junior high through high school. Football boys will be lifting separate after their skill work with Coach Streets.

Something new this year: Thursdays our 8:15-9:00am all-athlete will be open to our 4th-6th grade students wanting to begin lifting.

Hope to see everyone there ready to work!
