I want to start out saying thank you. Thank you to all the families I've worked with over the last 7 years. My journey may be ending with Delaware Heart "officially" but I will still be here as a resource for all of the girls in the organization for any recruiting questions they may have.

Thank you to my wife and children for allowing me to follow my passion and coach this team.

Thank you to Donald Wood for taking a chance on me 7 years ago and allowing me to coach with a great organization.

Thank you to Coach Sean Mcgowan for showing me the travel ball ropes.

Thank you to Tim Bowie and Matt Freese for helping our athletes be better every season.

Thanks to my fellow coaches Jeremy Minner, Ike Donaway, Rick Bock and Jesse Silves for the years of work that you guys put in helping these athletes grow to be better in every way. On the field, in the classroom and in life in general.

Thank you to all the ladies who have taken a chance on Delaware Heart. I've cherished every athlete that came through this program and I've been able to watch them grow, move on to play in collge , go to college or the workforce and continue to go after their dreams.

I can't speak highly enough about this organization. Under the leadership of Donald Wood, Doug Backus, John "Tito" Quick, Joe Carpenter and myself we have had 34 ladies go on to play in college since 2018 and we will continue to move the needle further. We moved into a bigger and better facility to allow our athletes to continue to grow and we've grown the organization from 3 teams to 10+.

I'll still be on the sidelines somewhere in orange and black but I will always bleed black and red. I can't wait to see what my former athletes do in the future and will continue to cheer them on from the sidelines.
