➑️ However, you do have control of being as true to your program as you can so the results happen as fast as they are able to.

➑️ Focus on the behaviors and the results will come in their own time.

➑️ If you are always searching for the "right program", you will always be the dog chasing its own tail.

➑️ Changing your program periodically is, of course, valuable. However, the most important thing you can do is eat well each day and train with intensity.

➑️ Whatever program you choose to do, you must do it 100% and push yourself. Usually, a lack of results isn't due to doing "not quite the right program" it's from improper eating and lack of training intensity.

➑️ Don't get caught up in the rat race of following whatever you read that morning that sounds cool.

➑️ One common reason people use as to why they don't work out or why they can't eat healthy meals is that they are too β€œbusy”.

The fact is, everyone is busy.

We have stuff to do, and stuff takes time.

Time is our ONE non-renewable resource, so let’s not waste any more of it talking about how busy we are.

➑️ I'm proud of the people that manage to get things done and take care of business. And that includes making time for their health and wellness.
