Put together a nice winter shooting league MP9 2.0 Spec Series with a metal frame. Shoots better than the operator. Especially with the comp and spring. Can’t go wrong with a SRO either. The mag well and the plate is just an added touch. 17 rounds at 30 feet with cheap 115grn Bl**er brass. &P

An old classic in a new caliber. R***r Scout in 450 Bushmaster with a Leupold 450 VX Freedom in a turn key package. The R***r M77 action is based off the tried and true Ma**er 98 action.

All ready for opening day. Not bad for a shaky old man out of a 10” barrel 450 Bushmaster at 100 yards. It shoots 12” low with 395 grain subsonics at 100 yards. I was aiming at the top target with the subsonics. But boy is it silent!

Anyone can mount a scope. Spending the time to do it correctly is what really matters. Lapping the rings is an important step to make sure the rings are aligned and helps prevent hard lines on the scope. It also allows for the rings to better grip the scope. Proper torque and leveling are also important parts of the installation.
