‼️This Saturday Sept 5th is our Varsity Midland Vball Tourney and we are in search of volunteers to help libero track and do scoreboards. With such a small team this year, we would like to be able to give our younger girls a break throughout the day. We already have 3 adults who will also be at the tables all day doing the scorebook. Please reach out to Coach Jess or Mr. Steines if you would be willing to help! We know it takes a village and we greatly appreciate ours!! We are excited for a day of great competition! We would love to see you there supporting our girls 💛🦅🖤

‼️‼️High School Volleyball Practice officially starts TOMORROW!! Don't forget to register on Bound BEFORE practice tomorrow to be eligible to practice with the team. Looking forward to getting our season started!

Late Post!! Thursday was the 3rd and final day of camp. I am so proud of the amount of growth, improvement and fun I got to witness in our gym this week! It felt special to watch 45 girls work to improve their volleyball skills but what was even better was the amount of grit, resiliency and teamwork I saw them display. When they got tired or frustrated with getting through the tough drills and moments not one of them gave up on themselves or their teammates. They continued to work and CHEER each other on…and that’s where the magic happens! Keep up the good work and attitudes ladies. I love the energy and excitement I’m seeing. The future of Midland Volleyball is looking good! —Coach Jess

Day 2 of Camp was another great day! Today the girls continued to work on ball control (just shows how important that skill is) and also got to learn/work on their hitting approach followed by timing. I love to see how hard they are all working but most of all I love the fun and excitement that I’m seeing. I’m hoping we can continue to build on that all season…from the youth league all the way up to the high school level!—Coach Jess
