A quick end-of-season recap…
First off, we want to give a shout-out to the AAU Girls State and Super P*ewee State podium placers from this weekend!
• Kodi Cronkleton – 6th Place
• Teagyn Denniston – 8th Place
• Louis Ahrendsen – 6th Place
We sent 6 girls to Girls State, 3 kids to SPW State, and 2 boys to Boys State. They all worked incredibly hard all season, and we are very proud of everyone who competed. We know they will come back next year stronger than ever and ready to grind.
Midland Little Eagles has seen a lot of growth over the past few years. We continue to add more kids to the program, our tournament grows every year, and the support from coaches and parents has never been better. None of this would be possible without a hardworking board.
We want to recognize both past and current board members who helped bring the club back and continue to keep it strong. Thanks to their dedication, we are proud to say the club helped pay for half of the brand-new wrestling mats seen here, along with new computers used to run our wrestling meets.
Another big shout-out goes to our coaching staff: Cayden, Alyssa, Casey, Larry, and Griffin. Most of these coaches don’t even have kids in the program — they are simply here for the love of the sport and enjoy watching our kids grow and succeed. Our program would not be what it is without their hard work and commitment.
