in Exercise Science and Wellness. My goal is to show others how to live a healthy lifestyle & enjoy! Balanced for Life Fitness with Ang offers Zumba Fitness along with the specialities of Zumba such as Zumba Core, Zumba Glutes, Zumba Sentao, Zumba with Kids, and also Zumba Toning! As of October 6, 2014 I will be introducing Drums Alive. Discover the drummer in you! Drums Alive combines movement with the powerful beat and rhythms of drumming for an amazing brain and body workout!
