Looking forward to seeing our campers tomorrow! In case you missed it in your inbox; here is all the info you need to know for camp this week!
Dear Parents,
Thank you for registering for Moody Brothers’ Basketball Camp. This letter confirms that your child is enrolled in the camp, which is being held at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, from July 22nd to 26th, 2019. Campers must provide the following each day: transportation to and from camp, lunch (unless purchasing pizza), and a water bottle. We will have large coolers filled with water near the courts for the campers to refill their water throughout the day but there will not be cups so please send a water bottle.
We will be at camp each morning by 7:30 if you need to drop your child off early. In addition, from Monday through Thursday, we will be at camp until at least 4:15 if you need late pick up. Please text me (201.681.6377) if you need these services. There is no extra charge. On Friday, however, please pick your child up at 3:00.
A camp store will be open at lunch time where campers will be able to purchase Gatorade, water, chips, candy and pizza. Campers may pay cash at the camp store for these items if they choose but it is encouraged that they deposit money (recommended amount is $20 at most) during Monday’s check-in and then draw from their account each time they buy something. This will avoid any potential problems with holding on to cash during the day. Any remaining money will be refunded on Thursday or Friday. Each morning campers can order pizza for lunch by the slice at check-in. Each slice is $2.50. Pizza can be paid for in cash or can be deducted from the camp bank.
Check-in for camp on Monday, July 22nd will be from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. If you have not yet filled out the registration form please try to arrive before 8:45 am. We look forward to an exciting week of camp and the weather looks good. If you have any questions please text Scott at 201.681.6377. We still have openings in some leagues in case you have a friend who is interested in attending. Finally, there are also spots available for the skills camp from July 29th to August 2nd (9am-10:30am or 9am-noon) at the Academy of St. Paul in Ramsey if you are interested. All activities for the skills camp are inside the air conditioned gym.
***Looking forward to seeing the kids Monday. Registration will take place inside the far right door if you are facing the gym. Campers will be both inside and outside throughout the day so if your child needs sunblock please apply it in the morning each day.
