Goldfish Swim School – Wyckoff is a state-of-the art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as early as 4 months how to swim. Goldfish prides itself on offering each parent and child a Golden Experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a

tropical oasis. Brightly colored walls, tiki cabanas and surfboard benches surrounding our island-style hair drying station border our pool, abuzz with the sounds of kids kicking and hands-on swimming instruction. At the pool deck, kids enjoy the always-tropical 90-degree pool. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safe and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like birthday parties, family swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Recreational Swim Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. Goldfish Swim School – Wyckoff is proud to help teach the children of the great community of Wyckoff, NJ and surrounding towns how to swim and be safer in the water. Goldfish Wyckoff is making a splash with the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson®!

The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson is a global event that brings together swim schools and aquatic facilities around the world to raise awareness about the importance of swim lessons and water safety.

Join us as we help little swimmers build confidence in the water and learn lifesaving skills just in time for summer fun! ☀️

This event will take place during our regularly scheduled next Thursday lessons and family swim on 6/25. All swimmers must a complete a sign-up form to be counted.

Want to participate but don’t normally swim on Thursdays? Book a make-up class or casual lesson with us or join us for family swim (registration required).

We can’t wait to welcome our swimmers for this fintastic event and help make this summer a safer one! 🧡

Water confidence doesn’t happen all at once, it’s built over time.

For babies, toddlers, and young swimmers, confidence starts with feeling comfortable in the water and learning how to move safely with guidance and support.

Through consistent lessons, kids begin to:
✔️ gain real, repeatable water safety skills
✔️ show measurable progress from one lesson to the next
✔️ build confidence as they master new skills step by step

Each lesson builds on the last, helping swimmers grow more capable and confident step by step.

Swim lessons save lives. 🧡

It’s a simple message, but an important one, especially when we consider the tragic drowning statistics that remain true today.

Learning to swim is about more than just being in the water. It’s about building the skills that help kids stay safer. Skills like learning how to float, knowing to turn and move to the wall, and how to respond in an unexpected water situation.

These skills take time, consistency, and practice, but they make a real difference when it matters most.
