What does strength mean to you? 🖤

To Coach Mia, strength is not always “how much can you lift?”

It’s nurturing. It’s choosing to care for your body instead of fighting against it. It’s showing up for yourself on the days it’s easy and especially on the days it’s not.

Why am I a strength coach?

The honest answer is that there isn’t just one reason…

It’s hundreds of moments, conversations, breakthroughs, setbacks, victories, lessons, and relationships accumulated over the years.

The list goes on and on. But if I had to summarize it all into one sentence:

I wake up every day with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Whether that’s one person, ten people, or hundreds.

My goal remains the same: Leave people stronger than I found them. 🖤💪🏼🌱
