🧘‍♀️ FREE YOGA CLASSES ALL DAY! Come move, breathe, relax, and experience a variety of classes throughout the day, including Slow Flow, Yoga for Beginners, Chair Yoga, and Gentle Vinyasa. No experience necessary—everyone is welcome!

✨ FREE WELLNESS SESSIONS! Throughout our Open House, enjoy the opportunity to experience free red light therapy sessions, massage, and Reikiwhile exploring everything our wellness community has to offer.
