BFIT Training I started weight lifting in 2006 and have competed since 2011 in competitive bodybuilding. Online training and contest prep packages are also available!

I currently offer in-person training sessions at Kinergy Lifestyle Center as a main location.

**Consultation Fees**

With recent spike in inquiries I’d like to let everyone know I do have a consultation fee. Why? Simple. As much as I have confidence you will sign up with me at some point if not on the spot, you can ask me ANYTHING during a consultation and also the amount does and will go towards whatever package we decide is a great fit for YOU!!

HALF OFF IN-PERSON TRAINING!!!

IF YOU’VE BEEN WAITING… this is YOUR SIGN!!

I have some in-person slots that have recently opened up. The first person or two people to comment or message me will get training for $50 an hour!! That’s HALF OFF a single session!!

Must purchase a minimum of 6 sessions. This will END Sunday at 11:59 PM EST!!! This is for anyone not currently training with me.

PSA:

I totally understand that training is an investment, and I can’t pay for things in full either all of the time. However, going forward if you cannot make a payment in full you will be required to add a debit/credit card to a payment link for auto payments. If the payment fails your app will be deactivated and sessions will pause also unless you’re someone that has been with me for many years now, or we have had a conversation regarding the situation. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

I appreciate everyone that gives me great effort, continues to support me, trust me and understands this.
