This Thursday at FWF Wellness in Wyalusing!
Join us at 6:30am for our daily Sunrise Strength fitness course. An open class that is accessible to anyone willing to work hard and break a sweat! A awesome choice if you're looking to get into fitness, but don't know where to start.
At 9:00 we host Senior Strength, a low impact fitness class designed to build strength, balance and mobility. Geared towards our 55+ community this class is appropriate for anyone who wants to get into weight lifting, but doesn't know where to start.
At 6:00pm you can join us at our brand new Pilates class. This is a Pilates inspired HIIT class that uses body weight to build build strength, balance, and mobility. This is a low impact class that is appropriate for everyone.
