Read this if you want an incredible fitness hack that has NOT been beat to heck and said a million times over and over.. and over.👇
If your dieting and want to look good for a photoshoot or beach day or a wedding, sure eat clean, stay away from sugar all of that normal cliché stuff.. but if you want to look in your peak condition, try this out.
On the four - six weeks, running up to the photo shoot or event day, have all your carbohydrates either be low glycemic (example brown rice instead of white ) or do a carnivore style approach THEN..
On the 3 days just before the photo shoot/event, increase your carb intake but by 20%.. are you ready here’s the sauce.. on the last 24 hours
Change your carbs to high glycemic. ( ex. White rice instead of brown)
This will make you incredibly lean and your muscles very full.
I’ll explain how this works, eating the low glycemic carbs or carnivore 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event day Will substantially increase your insulin sensitivity so that when you introduce high glycemic carbs again, your insulin sensitivity is so high that it shuttles way more glycogen ( carbs/ nutrients ect) To your muscles giving you a very full muscular while also being very toned and defined.
The body is miraculous and you are capable of such incredible things. Your overuse of luxuries in life is holding you back from such amazing things.
