Sad News: The temporary injunction on MD's stupid law passed in 2023 has been nullified by today's ruling from the 4th Court of Appeals

"We hold that Maryland’s prohibition on guns in locations that sell alcohol is constitutional and reverse the district court. See Md. Code, Crim. Law § 4-111(a)(8)."

Concealed carry in bars and restaurants with liquor licenses is now illegal in MD
