Hello Kent County, I’m proud to announce that the Cross Country season starts this Saturday! The first practice and team meeting will take place this Saturday at 9 am at Shrewsbury Parish. If you have any questions please ask here in the comments. I’m excited to see you all there!!

Fall and Winter High School Sports are cancelled in Maryland. If you wish to continue training contact Coach Sabetti. Build your base for the spring and join our soon to be formed community running group for support, road races, training advice, etc.
