To all my FB friends, i have a fitness challenge for you! π whether you exercise daily, need a push, or struggle to find the time, this is for you!
Choose 2-3 of your favorite songs. (Total of 6-10 minutes).
-I have written out 3 mini cardio& core circuits for you each comprised of 3 movements.
-Follow the reps in that circuit and keep REPEATING those 3 exercises until your song is over!
-Try to do another song or 2 (or 3) if you can!! Do circuit 2 with song #2 and do circuit 3 with song #3!
-ANYONE can find 6-10 minutes in their day to get active. Give it a try and maybe tag a friend or two to try it tooππͺ
Circuit 1:
-20 jumping jacks (step side/side to modify)
-5 squats
-20 seated oblique twists
Circuit 2:
-20 mountain climbers (hands elevated to modify)
-5 situps (or 10 crunches)
-20 abdominal bicycle crunches
Circuit 3:
-20 buttkicks
-5 pushups (hands and knees to modify)
-10 abdominal leg lifts (bent knees to modify)
