November Project Worcester We are a FREE fitness group for EVERYbody that hosts workouts every Wednesday morning: 5:20 AM - 6:05 AM and 6:20 AM - 7:05 AM.

We also host Pop Up workouts at different locations. Check our recent posts for more information. Our goal is to help build community in and around Worcester by bringing people together to exercise and most importantly have fun! Everyone is welcome, and we truly mean EVERYONE. November Project

What do your Wednesday mornings look like???

This past Wednesday was another one for the books! We welcomed even more first-timers and even had people return after 7 and 8 years away. That says something.

For nearly 11 years, we’ve been showing up every Wednesday—rain or shine, year-round. Whether it’s your first workout or your hundredth, there’s always a place for you here.

We promise it’s worth getting up early for. ☀️

Friday Hills just keeps growing! This morning was our biggest Friday Hills group yet, and it’s incredible to see our community getting stronger every single week. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and encouraging the people around you.

Happy Wednesday!

We celebrated Bae Day with a friends theme bounce, a “breakfast date” stadium climb where we encouraged people to pair up and get to know each other a little better and finished with a partner birthday burnout to the worst birthday song that has no business being called happy birthday 🤣

We had so many new friends today! The Energy in the stadium was amazing. Perfect weather days and beautiful sunrises really help but most of all it’s the people who show up. Thanks for showing up and keep bringing those friends! Those friends

Today we celebrated with our Annual Sunrise 6k! 18 of us bounced at 5:08am and 5 of our four-legged friends joined us thanks to our partnership with 🐶🐾

Grateful for our ability walk and run together and beyond grateful for our global community!
