When I see other schools posts saying they don’t want to wear a mask while training, all I can think is being a badass isn’t for everyone.

Congratulations to the Galaxy Softball Team! Around 15 members of the GST completed their basic self defense and restraint escape training here at Worcester MMA.

They learned basic self defense specifically designed for females in addition to how to escape from duck tape, wrist and ankle restraints, rope, zip ties as well as how to pick federal issued handcuffs.
