Char Willingham is a Movement Professional and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, RPYT & YACEP. Her yoga teacher training and twenty plus year yoga practice is deeply rooted in alignment based Vinyasa, with an emphasis on Ashtanga, Iyengar and Baptiste lineages and she’s completed much of her yoga training within these ancient yogic traditions. She specialties in vinyasa yoga, slow flow, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yin yoga + mindfulness, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, taoist yoga, meditation, aerial yoga, aerial pilates, antigravity fitness, mat pilates, TRX suspension training & coaching, reiki & sound healing. When I’m not partnering with yoga studios or teaching at festivals, I’m invited into homes, businesses, healthcare settings, and corporate environments to offer private, personalized experiences, from retreats and intimate gatherings to employee wellness days, leadership offsites, and specialized group sessions.

It’s also been a privilege to collaborate with academic institutions, retreat hosts, and community organizations to support spaces of rest, reflection, and regulation.
