Coach’s corner 💪🏽
Think about a given day in your life. Now imagine your day from 7am-5pm.
How many things occur that you have control of in those 10 hours? Think hard about your routine.
Making coffee , driving to work, what happens at work, who calls out, who’s in a bad mood, who’s driving the same highway as you.
Now imagine all the things that stress you out daily. Out of the things/instances that stress you, imagine what is in YOUR control.
Can you control what others say to you?
No.
What can you control?
How you react /respond.
Can you control what others think of you?
No.
What can you control?
How you react /respond.
There is SOOO little we have actual control of on any given day. I challenge you next time you’re upset about something or feeling the need to dwell, first ask yourself, can I control this?
If not. Move on and move forward.
