Summer is the perfect time to try something new or get back into a favorite activity. This season, we are offering two classes for older teens and adults: Adult Ballet and Dance Fitness!

Both classes are offered as “pay per class,” so you can choose the classes that fit your schedule and only pay for the ones you attend.

Adult Ballet
Perfect for beginner and returning dancers! Classes are offered:
• Monday evenings
• Tuesday mornings
• Wednesday evenings
• Saturday afternoons

Just wear comfortable clothes and ballet shoes (Amazon has great beginner options)
$15 per one-hour class

Dance Fitness
A fun, Zumba-style workout class offered Thursday mornings. No dance experience required!
$10 per 45-minute class

Families with other students registered receive 10% off their total.

We know childcare can be challenging, so you are welcome to bring your kiddos to sit quietly in the lobby while you take class. The studio doors will remain open so you can still see them throughout class.

Where are you looking?

Your eyes are your presence and tell the story of your dancing. Classical positions have specific head and focus directions, sometimes you look out to the audience, and sometimes you follow your hand. Know where you should look and make a clear choice. Otherwise, your movement may look sloppy, and your story intention will be unclear.

Summer classes at Ballet Wooster begin the first week of June and go through mid August! We are excited to offer the following classes:
🌟 Adult Ballet on Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday mornings, and Saturday afternoons ($15 a class)
🌟 Dance Fitness for 13 and up on Thursday mornings ($10 a class)
🌟 Pre Dance for ages 18 months through 6 years old, offered throughout the week during the mornings and evenings
🌟 Tap for ages 6 and up on Thursday evenings in June ($35 for 4 weeks)
🌟 Tumbling for ages 5 - 7 and 8 -10 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
🌟 Elementary Ballet for 6 and up on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday evenings ($15 a class)
🌟 Pointe, Jazz, Ballet, Character, Modern, and Variations for experienced dancers ages 11 and up (By audition only)

At Ballet Wooster, our Pre-Dance levels are designed to introduce young dancers to the joy of movement in a fun, encouraging, and creative environment. From learning basic ballet steps to building coordination, confidence, classroom skills, and musicality, these classes are a great preparation for Preschool and Kindergarten!

This summer, we are offering classes for the below age groups:
Dance with Me! (18 months - 3 years old) 30 minute classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays for $10 a class.
Creative Movement (2.5 - 4 years old) 45 minute classes offered on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for $12 a class.
Pre Ballet (4 - 6 years old) 45 minute classes offered on Mondays, Tuesday mornings, and Saturdays for $12 a class.

We also have a Bluey Camp, Toy Story Camp, Under the Sea Camp, and Princess camp for ages 2.5 - 6 this summer!
