Well today was my last try for 525 lbs. It is right there! But I think I need to back down and put some work in for a few weeks and try again. You will be mine 525!

Also this was from yesterday. Not a win... but not a fail! I haven’t been able to pull 500lbs since last summer. And yesterday I almost got a 525! So while I am pi**ed I am also super stoked that it came up to my knees!

225 lbs for 32 reps!! Added 1 rep to my pr!!
