Longer days, warmer weather, & plenty of opportunities to make time for you. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, reduce stress, or simply be part of an amazing community, there’s a class waiting for you at Unbound Movement this summer.
You’ll find me teaching Punch & Power every Friday at 6:30pm. This is a fun, full-body class that combines kickboxing combos, strength training, & core work in a supportive environment. All fitness levels are welcome, & modifications are always available.
