Meet Cindy! Our Client of the Month!
โCindy started working with me in December of 2017 when first opened its doors.
She didn't have a specific goal in mind other than to get stronger and healthier.
We worked on basic movements and improving her strength over time. Cindy works hard on the floor giving 100 percent every time, always fighting for that extra rep.
She's consistent with her sessions and has gained the confidence to complete a 2nd day of strength training on her own at the YMCA.
Over the past 5.5 years we went from basic body weight movements and light dumbbell work to adding in some bigger movements like barbell squats, bench presses, split squats and leg presses.
She arrives at her sessions ready to work hard and always has a positive attitude.
I always look forward to my weekly sessions with her and catching up about her week.
In addition to strength training, Cindy loves to spend time with family & friends, go to the theatre, volunteer at her church, spoil her cats, hike, kayak, crochet, play cribbage, go to lunch with friends and travel the world. She's smart, kind, strong, always present, cultured and just an all around wonderful human being.
