On saturdays we meal prep/plan 💪🏼
I’m not very organized all the time BUTT when it comes to my nutrition and meal prepping I AM!!!! Every Saturday evening before meal prepping I always write down what I want for my lunch and dinner and check my fridge and cupboards to see if I have what I need (prevents Unnecessary trips to the store ) and why go buy more food when I may have what I need here I wanna PRESERVE AND STRETCH NOT WASTE!
So following this I am all set for the week no struggling to decide what I wanna eat and saying “I don’t wanna cook” and grabbing something I don’t need cause I have my meals prepped and ready to go 👏
You all no I LOVE the kitchen but when it comes to meal planning and having to make several meals I try to make and find the quickest yes yummiest meals ever cause if I don’t meal prep I will fall back into bad habits and I refuse to have a battle against food again 😭

Eat to fuel your body not your emotions 💯
This was a super quick and easy delicious meal
Shrimp fried rice 🤤
What you need :
- a lb of jumbo shrimp (I like to cut mine up in pieces it makes more )
- two cups of jasmine rice
- veggies if your choice ( I used corn green beans and broccoli w red onions )
- 1 teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce
-3 scrambled eggs
How to make it :
- cook the shrimp to your liking , cook the rice and heat up the veggies , scramble the eggs , spray a frying pan w olive oil cooking spray ,add everything together ,add the soy sauce and fry the rice for about 7-9 min or until your liking portion it out to last a few days and enjoy that s**t ❤️

The relationship I used to have w food two years ago was horrible going into this journey I had a bad look against food that would make you “fat” I went days skipping breakfast and eating once a day cause I thought it would help me loose weight it got so bad I’d eat food I wasn’t supposed to just to say I ate and then make self puke to get it out of my system cause I thought this was ok 🤦🏼‍♀️I’m sharing this this with you all cause I no I am not the only one who struggled w food addiction and damaging there body worse be starving them selfs etc.

here I am two years later and my relationship w food is my best friend I enjoy making healthy meals and snacks and fueling my body w all the vitamins am minerals it needs to stay healthy and keep me on my feet 🦶 so if this was you and your struggling I have the tools and essentials to help you better yourself ❤️

Nothing gets better then this , working out at home being able to do workouts that don’t require shoes, bras , or any extreme equipment 💪🏼 and you have over 1000 workouts to choose from and a trainer pushing you to the best of your ability 💯 Also who wouldn’t want a program we’re there’s no food restrictions AND you get superfoods in the form of a shake say what 😱 let me add it’s amazing for the immune system and w all this crazy s**t going on that’s a WIN WIN👏
I can’t forget the amazing ladies that I get to not only work with but workout w as well it’s literally a virtual family (sisterhood)

Hey y’all ❤️

I’m not sure if you all knew but I am a Beachbody Coach on the side of running my make up business I am loving the workouts and , products, and of course the awesome community that I get to be in!!! All these ladies are AMAZING!!!
I love that I am able to help others and watch them grow And now with all this crazy stuff going on out there I wanted to share this amazing info w you all 🥰
