Salsa and Surly NOW SHIPPING!

We are stoked to announce that after a LONG hiatus we are once again allowed to ship Salsa and Surly bikes and frames directly to customers. Salsa and Surly have lifted the shipping restrictions to allow us to better serve our customers during these very difficult times.

All complete bikes will be completely assembled and adjusted here at Bikeman/Bath Cycle & Ski by our expert mechanics. Bikes will then be partially disassembled and repacked in the original shipping box with all the original packaging. Upon receipt of the bike you have to be capable of installing the wheels, seat post and stem/handlebar before riding. We will provide written instructions on how to re-assemble your bike. We are also available via phone, email and online chat to help you with re-assembly if needed.

We recognize that Covid 19 is a serious problem, but Bath Cycle and Ski will remain open to serve the community.

Although the doors will be closed, we will be fully staffed during our regular hours, and we are ready to help you.

Just call or email, either before you arrive, or from the parking lot. Our contact info is below.

For retail sales, just let us know what you need, and we will do our best to satisfy your needs, and bring your purchase to the car.

You can also place a will call order on www.bikeman.com, and pick it up at the shop.

Due to the possibility of contamination, we will be accepting credit card or PayPal payments only, rather than cash. Sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you understand.

For bike pickups and drop offs ,we will unload/load your bike. All service descriptions can be done via phone or email if desired. All payments can also be done via phone with MC/Visa or PayPal..

Repairs can be complicated, and may take time to diagnose. If you leave your bike for repair, we can do a thorough inspection and then call or email with an estimate and/or suggestions.

If you are considering purchasing a bike, and have not figured out what you would like, please give us a call or email and we can help you start to figure out what bike may be best for you. We can also have a bike (or bikes) ready for a test ride for you outside, with advance notice.

www.bikeman.com and www.carverbikes.com are both open for business, and will be shipping packages as usual.
