We took a small competition team of adults and kids to okc this weekend and competed in the AGF tournament and we couldn’t be prouder of our team!

Most of our kids had never even seen a jits competition before much less competed, we just got our kids program up and running at the beginning of the year and these kids went and put it on the line anyways against some of the most talented kids divisions I’ve seen! We walked away with some hardware 🥇 🥈 🥉 and a much clearer idea of what we need to prioritize and work on, coaches and students alike! Great job to all the competitors 👏

Our adults went out and crushed it 💪 walking away with 4 silvers and 4 golds between 3 competitors! Great job guys 👏

Everyone carried themselves with humility in victory and defeat and that’s the most important thing!! Congrats everybody 👏👏👏 Can’t wait for the next one!!

🌟 Student of the Night: Mason! 🌟

Big congratulations to Mason for earning Student of the Night! His hard work, focus, and willingness to learn stood out on the mats. I’ve had the privilege of coaching Mason in multiple sports over the years, and he’s always been one of the most well-rounded kids when it comes to attitude, discipline, and being coachable. keep it up! 👏🥋

This week we reviewed the sit-up sweep and worked on a slick variation that transitions into a sneaky submission. It’s always fun watching our students start connecting techniques and seeing the bigger picture of Jiu-Jitsu.

Watching these kids grow in skill, confidence, discipline, and resilience every time they step on the mats is one of the best parts of coaching.

* Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due by the 7th.
* Starting after the 15th? You’ll only be charged for half of the month, then your first full month’s invoice will be sent on the 1st of the following month.

Huge shoutout to the incredible crew of coaches we had today! 🤠🥋

We had several of our adult members step in so Randy didn’t have to hold down the kids class by himself, and Matt jumped in to lead the adult class. That kind of teamwork doesn’t go unnoticed.

Every high five, correction, belt tie, and encouraging word helps build the next generation of grapplers. We appreciate every one of you who came early and gave your time before your own training to invest in these kids.

Wild West isn’t built by one coach it’s built by a team that’s willing to serve, lead, and give back. We’re grateful to have each of you in our corner.
