Big thanks to for blessing the mats with his presence and instruction yesterday.

Also the youth program is building, we are so proud of the kids and their progression on and off the mats.

Adults Monday-Wednesday & Fridays at 6:15

No class Thursdays

Kids classes Tuesday and Fridays ages 5+ starts at 5:00 ends at 6pm
