We want to address an important issue regarding player attendance at our tournaments. While we understand life can be unpredictable, we have some players signing up but not showing up without prior notice.

We send out rule sheets to each player/team the day before the tournament. This serves as confirmation of your participation.

Significant effort goes into organizing our events, including ensuring enough merchandise is available and preparing enough food for all participants signed up.

To maintain the quality and reliability of our tournaments, we may need to consider implementing a deposit upon signing up. A deposit would encourage players to commit to their participation or to inform the appropriate individuals of no longer being able to participate.

It would help us manage resources better, ensuring that we have the right amount of food and prizes based on actual attendance.

We value your participation and want to continue providing enjoyable tournaments. We hope to avoid this change, but if the trend of no-shows continues, we may have no choice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
