Are you ready to try Pilates on the reformer but not ready for private sessions? Twice a year we offer our INTRO TO PILATES series. Four weeks to learn reformer safety, the fundamentals and any modifications needed for your body. Class is FOR BEGINNERS ONLY. $30 per class or all 4 for $108. Saturdays in August starting the 8th.
