I always appreciate the opportunity to cover our 6AM class! It’s not my favorite thing to wake up that early 😂, but getting to train with the Breakfast Club is always worth it! 🥋

6AM is our most consistently busy class, and it’s awesome to see the progress and growth in all of the students who show up week after week.

Shoutout to Coach Derik for pushing to get this class on the schedule! 👊
