Defense isn't always the flashy part of hockey, but it's one of the most important. Everybody gets beat sometimes but what really matters is how quickly you recover.

This week, let's talk about getting back into the play, staying in position, and helping your teammates. Those little habits make a big difference over the course of a game.

The more you practice recovering and resetting, the more confident you'll feel when the game speeds up.

Keep getting those reps in this summer. They'll pay off when the season starts!
