Lately, I been working on reconnecting more with my creative side. The writer, poet, songwriter, creative.

Not the polished version. Not the “everything is figured out” version. Just the honest one.

So, I started a Substack called OFF STAGE. A space for personal reflections on identity, creativity, burnout, reinvention, and reclaiming the art of a quieter life.

This may be some of the most personal writing I’ve ever shared, and that feels both terrifying and freeing.

For International Women's Day, I’m sharing the lyrics to a song I wrote in 2020. ✨
It was inspired by all the women in my life who:
✨ Show up & support me.
✨ Motivate & empower me
✨ Speak truth when I need to hear it.
✨ Believe in me when it is hard to believe in myself.
✨ Lift me up when I am having a hard time doing it for myself.
✨ Dance, sing, & make art with me.
We all rise together.
To the women who do this for me every day, you know who you are.
