Woodstock Feeder Softball Tournament Recap!
Our Cardinal Team was hard at work this past week, taking on some tough competition and continuing to grow with every game. We are proud of the effort, grit, and determination these athletes bring to the field every time they compete. Keep working hard, Cardinal!
Meanwhile, our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Teams competed in the Sequoyah Bash Tournament this weekend and represented Woodstock in a big way!
🏆 Gold Team Champions! 🏆
The Gold Team finished the weekend a perfect 4-0, allowing only four runs across the tournament and claiming the championship title out of 15 teams! While MJ Nichols was honored with the team's MVP award, this achievement reflects the contributions of all 11 players who continue to fuel the team's incredible 17-0 season record. Every athlete has played a critical role in this team's success, and each continues to shine in her own way, both on and off the field. Congratulations to the entire Gold Team on an outstanding weekend! We can't wait to see what they accomplish as they continue region play this week.
🥈 Silver Team Runner-Up Finish! 🥈
Our Silver Team turned in a strong 3-1 performance, earning a second-place finish in their division. A huge shoutout to Lily McGehee and Camryn Pfier, who both went yard with impressive out-of-the-park home runs! With a strong 9-4 record, this team continues to build momentum and prove they can compete with anyone. The Silver Team is only getting started, and we're excited to watch them finish the season strong!
💪 Bronze Team Battles Hard! 💪
The Bronze Team finished the weekend 2-1, picking up some impressive wins and continuing to show tremendous growth throughout the season. An extra congratulations goes to AJ Hanley for being named the Bronze Team's MVP! Boasting an impressive 8-2 record, this group continues to play with confidence, determination, and heart. Their hard work is paying off, and they are quickly making a name for themselves every time they step on the field.

What an incredible weekend for the Woodstock Feeder Program! We are so proud of these athletes, coaches, and families who continue to represent Woodstock with hard work, sportsmanship, and pride. The future of Woodstock Softball is bright, and we're excited to see what the rest of the season has in store for all four of these amazing teams!
