As trainer I bring a level of understanding and knowledge as both an athlete and coach that allows me to help clients break through barriers to attaining their true abilities. I'm a ISSA certified intructor, soom to be part of NASM. I'm a StrongFirst Kettlebell certified instructor. Boxing,strength & conditioning, and endurance coach. 7 years as Boxing trainer, I can teach from basic level, up to
