Being a fast swimmer isn’t always just about endurance and stamina. I was not the fastest in the state because I was the fastest swimmer 🙃 but because I was good at a bunch of little things!

1.) Fast Starts
2.)Streamline + Underwaters
3.) Fast turns

Where are all my stroke technique kids at?!?! Let me help you shave off time and get those state cuts! The time to start is now!

I have dreamt for a life with purpose… where the people around me are like family. Where I can be myself, make my own choices, and do what I love with the people I care about on the daily. Marina is not only an amazing instructor but the back bone of everything behind the scenes at Seven Oceans. She’s equal parts coworker, mom, bestie, and the person who tells me what to do when I clearly need someone to! 😝 Thank you God for giving me such amazing employees to do live with!!

So thankful to work with families who trust the process at Seven Oceans. This little started with us at 3 years old with the Coast to Seven. We have gone through ups and downs of progressing with breaths, to back floats, and now strokes! She has rotated through several coaches and never once did this momma question the different techniques because taught…she trusted it will all work towards more knowledge and swim safety. We LOVE working with you, Emmie! 🥰
