I have to share and say THANK YOU!

6ish weeks ago I started here knowing I had a long way to go. I was ready to commit to make it happen.

Thank you to Heather Marsh Throne for inviting me.

From that first day on, I have felt nothing but encouragement from every classmate and trainer! You all have inspired and made the hard stuff fun.

This weekend all your encouragement and cheering helped me do this! I did my first overnight backpacking trip hiking in 3 miles at Pine Mtn and 3 miles back out.

Everytime I climbed those rock steps I thought of the box steps preparing me. The back squats helping me have the leg and core power!

Thank you to everyone for helping me reach one goal! Many more to come. This is as much your celebration as it is mine! I appreciate you! Could not have done it without each of you!
