It's that time of year when parents are prepping their young adults heading off to college. It's an exciting, and scary time in a parents life.
Each year, without fail, my phone starts to ring this time of year with parents interested in squeezing in a lesson or two of self-defense classes for their college bound children before they send them off.
So once again I am offering a college bound women's only self-defense workshop. This class will be focused on college campus safety but these techniques are important regardless of your situation.
We will cover:

🟢 Using your voice
🟢 Effective striking techniques
🟢 Defenses against some common grabs.
