That Feeling Series 💗
A Day That Feels Like Freedom

You know that moment when you realize...

nothing is pulling on you?

Not your schedule.

Not your worries.

Not the endless list running through your mind.

For a moment, there's just space.

You take a breath.

You notice the air.

You notice your body.

You notice that you're not rushing toward the next thing.

You're simply here.

What often goes unspoken about freedom is that it isn't always dramatic.

Sometimes freedom looks like a quiet mind.

A relaxed body.

An unhurried pace.

The ability to be present without feeling pulled in a dozen different directions.

And maybe nothing around you has changed.

But the way you're in it has.

You trust yourself.

You trust your pace.

You stop carrying things that were never yours to hold.

And that's when you realize something.

Freedom isn't something you chase.

It's something you allow.

That Feeling Series 💗
You Didn't Lose Your Voice

You know that moment when you think of something you want to say...

And then you don't?

You soften it.

You shorten it.

Or you decide it's not worth bringing up.

So you smile, nod, and move on.

Most of us think losing our voice happens all at once.

But it usually doesn't.

It happens in small moments.

The meeting where you stay quiet.

The conversation where you say less than what you really mean.

The time you convince yourself it's easier not to explain.

And over time, those moments add up.

Not because you have nothing to say.

Because you've gotten used to holding it back.

Until one day, you notice it.

You're in a conversation, and something in you wants to speak...

But you don't.

And afterward, it lingers.

Because you know that wasn't fully you.

What often goes unspoken about this moment is that your voice isn't gone.

It's unused.

You've practiced holding it back so often that it started to feel normal.

But what you practice becomes familiar.

And what becomes familiar begins to feel like who you are.

The good news?

Your voice doesn't return through force.

It returns through use.

One honest response.

One clear boundary.

One moment where you choose to say what is true for you.

Because you didn't lose your voice.

You just stopped using it.

What's Changed?

Have you ever felt like you've outgrown your own life?

Nothing is technically wrong.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

But inside, something doesn't fit the way it used to.

You feel it in small moments.

Conversations that once energized you now feel repetitive.

Spaces you once enjoyed feel draining.

And you can't quite explain why.

What often goes unspoken about this moment is that it isn't confusion.

It isn't ingratitude.

It's awareness.

You've grown internally, but parts of your life still reflect who you were when you built them.

The tension you feel is the space between who you've been and who you are now.

What have you outgrown but haven't fully acknowledged?

Because clarity doesn't come from forcing change.

It comes from recognizing what has already changed within you.

Sometimes the next step isn't a dramatic change.

It's one honest decision that reflects who you are now.

You Were Excited About It. So, Why Did You Stop?

I think most people assume it’s laziness, inconsistency, or lack of discipline.

But honestly… I don’t think that’s always true.

Sometimes we stop because what started as an exciting idea suddenly becomes real.

In the beginning, it’s light.
It’s possibility.
You can see it working.
You can feel yourself in it.

But eventually… continuing it starts requiring something from you.

Your focus.
Your time.
Your consistency when you don’t feel like showing up.
Your willingness to be seen.
Your willingness to grow.

And that’s usually the moment where hesitation shows up.

Not because the vision wasn’t real.

But because now it’s asking you to step into a version of yourself you haven’t fully become yet.

And maybe that’s the real question:

What did continuing this actually require from me that I wasn’t ready to step into yet?

Is This All There Is?

Have you ever had a moment when you realized you’ve spent so much time handling life that you forgot life is also supposed to be experienced?

Not just managed. Not just survived. Experienced.

Lately I’ve been realizing there’s still so much more out there to enjoy, explore, and become.

More joy.
More peace.
More laughter.
More living.

And maybe asking “Is this all there is?” isn’t negative at all.

Maybe it’s the beginning of wanting more out of life for yourself.

Where real life is spoken out loud.

You know that feeling when you’ve spent so much time being who everyone needed you to be… that somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing yourself clearly?

That’s the kind of conversation we have here.

Because sometimes healing begins with finally recognizing what’s been sitting quietly inside of you for years.

That Feeling Series💗
Can I Be Fully Myself in Love?

There comes a point where a woman begins to ask a quieter question about love.

Not whether she wants it.
Not whether it’s possible.

But something deeper…

“Can I be fully myself inside of it?”

Can she laugh the way she naturally laughs…
without softening it?

Can she speak freely…
without rehearsing it?

Can she need what she needs…
without apologizing for it?

Because many women have experienced being loved—
but not always known.

Loved in ways that are real… but incomplete.

Loved for being nurturing.
Loved for being dependable.
Loved for showing up, holding it together, and being everything to everyone.

Sometimes even loved for being bold…
for being honest…
for saying what others won’t say.

And yes… sometimes even in the middle of being unsure—
still figuring things out,
still finding her way.

But not always met in the fullness of who they are.

And that creates a very specific kind of longing.

Not for more attention.
Not even for more romance.

But to feel fully received.

To feel safe enough…
to stop editing herself.

To be in a space where she doesn’t have to shrink, adjust, or erase parts of who she is to be accepted.

Where she can exhale.
Where she can exist… without performance.

That kind of love feels different.

And I think more women are carrying that question… quietly.

From my “That Feeling” Blog Series—giving voice to what women are already feeling… but don’t always say out loud.
