💗 That Feeling… when you want more from a life you’re grateful for.
You can appreciate the life you have and still recognize that something in you is ready to expand.

Maybe you’re not ungrateful. Maybe you’ve been using gratitude to silence a longing that deserves to be heard.

💗 That Feeling… when you’re tired of being the one who remembers everything.

Sometimes you don’t want help. You don't want to be the one responsible for noticing in the first place.

Maybe you’re not tired of remembering. Maybe you’re tired of being remembered only for what you do.

A special moment from my book-signing journey. 💗

There’s something beautiful about seeing your words leave the page and become part of someone else’s story. Grateful for every conversation, every smile, and every person who showed up to share this moment with me.

💗 That Feeling…
..when you notice the trees have been moving all along.

I used to think strength meant never letting anyone see you bend.

But trees survive the wind by moving with it. Their branches sway. Some leaves fall. Still, their roots hold.

Bending is not weakness. Losing leaves is not losing yourself. And growth does not have to be visible to be real.

The trees were showing me that strength can change shape.

Even in a quiet season.

I was finally still enough to understand.

💗 That Feeling…
..when the air tells you the season is changing.

The trees may be green, but the breeze feels different. Your body notices before your mind names it.

Changes in us can begin that way too.

Nothing has been announced, but something inside knows a season is ending.

There is tenderness in standing between what is ending and what has not yet begun.

The first cool breeze does not explain what is coming.

It simply reminds us that what has been will not remain exactly as it was.

That Feeling Series 💗
A Day That Feels Like Freedom

You know that moment when you realize...

nothing is pulling on you?

Not your schedule.

Not your worries.

Not the endless list running through your mind.

For a moment, there's just space.

You take a breath.

You notice the air.

You notice your body.

You notice that you're not rushing toward the next thing.

You're simply here.

What often goes unspoken about freedom is that it isn't always dramatic.

Sometimes freedom looks like a quiet mind.

A relaxed body.

An unhurried pace.

The ability to be present without feeling pulled in a dozen different directions.

And maybe nothing around you has changed.

But the way you're in it has.

You trust yourself.

You trust your pace.

You stop carrying things that were never yours to hold.

And that's when you realize something.

Freedom isn't something you chase.

It's something you allow.

That Feeling Series 💗
You Didn't Lose Your Voice

You know that moment when you think of something you want to say...

And then you don't?

You soften it.

You shorten it.

Or you decide it's not worth bringing up.

So you smile, nod, and move on.

Most of us think losing our voice happens all at once.

But it usually doesn't.

It happens in small moments.

The meeting where you stay quiet.

The conversation where you say less than what you really mean.

The time you convince yourself it's easier not to explain.

And over time, those moments add up.

Not because you have nothing to say.

Because you've gotten used to holding it back.

Until one day, you notice it.

You're in a conversation, and something in you wants to speak...

But you don't.

And afterward, it lingers.

Because you know that wasn't fully you.

What often goes unspoken about this moment is that your voice isn't gone.

It's unused.

You've practiced holding it back so often that it started to feel normal.

But what you practice becomes familiar.

And what becomes familiar begins to feel like who you are.

The good news?

Your voice doesn't return through force.

It returns through use.

One honest response.

One clear boundary.

One moment where you choose to say what is true for you.

Because you didn't lose your voice.

You just stopped using it.

What's Changed?

Have you ever felt like you've outgrown your own life?

Nothing is technically wrong.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

But inside, something doesn't fit the way it used to.

You feel it in small moments.

Conversations that once energized you now feel repetitive.

Spaces you once enjoyed feel draining.

And you can't quite explain why.

What often goes unspoken about this moment is that it isn't confusion.

It isn't ingratitude.

It's awareness.

You've grown internally, but parts of your life still reflect who you were when you built them.

The tension you feel is the space between who you've been and who you are now.

What have you outgrown but haven't fully acknowledged?

Because clarity doesn't come from forcing change.

It comes from recognizing what has already changed within you.

Sometimes the next step isn't a dramatic change.

It's one honest decision that reflects who you are now.

You Were Excited About It. So, Why Did You Stop?

I think most people assume it’s laziness, inconsistency, or lack of discipline.

But honestly… I don’t think that’s always true.

Sometimes we stop because what started as an exciting idea suddenly becomes real.

In the beginning, it’s light.
It’s possibility.
You can see it working.
You can feel yourself in it.

But eventually… continuing it starts requiring something from you.

Your focus.
Your time.
Your consistency when you don’t feel like showing up.
Your willingness to be seen.
Your willingness to grow.

And that’s usually the moment where hesitation shows up.

Not because the vision wasn’t real.

But because now it’s asking you to step into a version of yourself you haven’t fully become yet.

And maybe that’s the real question:

What did continuing this actually require from me that I wasn’t ready to step into yet?
