✅ FOUNDATIONS (Grades K-4th): Master the basics of Fundamental Wrestling every Mon/Wed from 5:00-6:00 pm.
✅ ELITE TRAINING (Junior High / HS): Specialized sessions in Neutral Attacks FS, Greco, and Folkstyle to give you the competitive edge.
✅ STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Open to all ages to build the power and endurance needed to win the 3rd period.

🚨 Level Up This Offseason at Omega Training Center! 🚨

At Omega, we build complete wrestlers — physically, mentally, and technically. Our program is different because we:

Spend equal time on Freestyle, Greco, and Folkstyle

Introduce basic Jiu Jitsu & striking concepts to win scrambles and dominate hand fighting

Focus on high-rep technique, live wrestling, and wrestling-specific strength & conditioning

Schedule:

Mon & Wed – Strength & Conditioning: 4:30–5:30 pm

K–5th Grade Fundamentals: 5:00–6:00 pm

Advanced Wrestling: 6:00–7:00 pm

Tue – No-Gi Jiu Jitsu: 7:00 pm

Thu – Advanced Wrestling: 5:30–7:00 pm
