The Legacy Academy platform is nearing completion. Coach Bob is finalizing edits on an extensive library of system content, and the site build is in the final phase. We are planning a year-end launch, subject to final reviews.
We have also scheduled a 2026 in-person Legacy Academy Training Summit that covers the primary modules from the online Video Academy.

Have you ever in your adult life been in a public situation when your friends or family were threatened or in some type of danger and you thought to yourself, I have no idea what I would do here. Well you are not alone. Sifu Alan Baker created AMAC in order to offer the best of the best when it comes to self defense and martial arts. He has spent a lifetime, over 40 years traveling the world and training with the best the industry has to offer in order to bring it back to you, back to Woodstock Georgia. He has also spent years in the security/protection and law enforcement community searching for the same knowledge and information that you will find inside the doors of the academy.

We are a self defense school that focuses on real world self protection methods for the professional adult. Our clientele includes families, Law Enforcement officers, professional adults and many others looking for a safe environment to learn how to effectively defend themselves, build confidence, discipline, improve fitness, personal health and longevity.

If you normally avoid the "martial arts" industry because you do not want to be stuck in a class with a group of bad attitudes and egos then we may be the place you're looking for. Our academy teaches Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under Master Pedro Sauer. We teach Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Dan Inosanto. We also teach Filipino Kali, Wing Chun under Sifu Francis Fong, Combat Submission Wrestling (NO GI Submission Grappling) under Coach Erik Paulson.
