The guys fished hard for double digits today with three fish for 11lbs (4.5lbs, 3.26lbs, 3.27lbs) Total weight for tournament 19.12lbs! This was 2lbs short of the 21.12lb cut line for tomorrow. It has been an incredible week and we are so proud of how Andrew, Justin and Capt AJ represented Bibb County!

Great start on Day 1! Andrew & Justin caught three fish limit for 8lbs 12oz. Leaders at 13lbs at end of Day 1. On the reverse order tomorrow so Boat 189 giving them a little longer for that afternoon bite. Weather is predicted to cool off too. Looking to make the Top 25 to fish on Saturday!

Big Congratulations to our team of Senior anglers, Easton Morris & Hunter Thrash. These guys have put together three incredible seasons with us! Easton & Hunter are fierce competitors on the water which makes them a great team! They also had a pretty impressive boat captain that we all appreciate greatly! Easton & Hunter will continue their fishing with the University of Montevallo Bass Fishing Team! We look forward to seeing them succeed at the next level! Proud of these guys!

Before winning the Classic today on Lake Guntersville, Andrew & Justin had already locked in the Airport Marine High School Angler of the Year with a win (Logan Martin), two second places (Neely Henry & Lay Lake) and 6th (Neely Henry & Weiss) This is Bibb County Fishing Team’s second Angler of the Year (first won by AJ McGee) and 8th consecutive years to qualify for the Bassmaster High School National Championship!
