Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hearing from Nancy Ayre, who visited camp to speak to staff members about the importance of reading!
Nancy shared some favorite and special books with us, and reminded us of the magic of reading!

As our 2026 staff week comes to a close, we would like to give a huge shoutout to all of our staff!!
This past week staff have been busy doing learning sessions, lifeguard skills checks and recertifications, as well as prepping camp for a great summer!

With our staff week theme being Sports and Teamwork, we leaned into the World Cup and hosted a World Fair! International staff members set up stations and shared with everyone some pieces of their home cultures!!

We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for Session 1 check in!!!

I’ll be back in the pines and working with our CW Nurses, Unit Leaders, and staff to support camper medications, and overall camper health and wellness! ⛺️🐿️
You’ll see me around camp at activities, during free time, and helping with nighttime medications! 🤸🐠🎆
