Experienced Servers $8/hr. + tips / $24/hr. for events

Woods Hole Golf Club has exciting opportunities available for talented servers. Our membership has asked us to take their dining experience to the next level and we know that it takes top dollar to get it.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in high volume establishments
• Well-groomed candidates ONLY
• Desire to accommodate all requests from guests who are dining
• Team player who can also hold their own and multitask
• Banquet experience a plus
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Sit down in our employee lounge to enjoy your complimentary shift meal. Get to know our membership and anticipate their wants/needs instead of always guessing what the guests are looking for. Exceptional food and beverage programs to ensure accurate information for both menus and specials offered. Kitchen closes at 9:00 every night = no more late nights (enjoy a social life after work). Average dinner checks $200+. We make it easy to do your job with extra support from dining room assistants, food runners, expeditor and pay them higher hourly rates so you don’t have to “tip them out” ....same with the bar. Flexible hours for part time and full-time employees. Generous holiday bonuses based on the number of hours you work and your dedication to the club. We pay this bonus to our seasonal staff as well as year-round staff.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience
Purchasing and Inventory Control
Organization and Cleanliness
Wine Knowledge/ Sommelier preferred

Members...your Club has featured morning yoga every Wednesday since July and will continue until the end of September. Today we took the poses outside for some yoga under the sun.
