Kids are supposed to MOVE. 🤸

Running, jumping, rolling, swinging, spinning, climbing, hanging, and yes… going upside down! All of these movements challenge your child’s vestibular system—the sensory system that helps with balance, movement, body awareness, and understanding where their body is in space.

And that’s one of the reasons we love gymnastics. ❤️

Every cartwheel, handstand, roll, swing, and jump gives kids opportunities to challenge their bodies and brains in ways they may not experience during everyday activities.

So let them climb.
Let them roll.
Let them hang.
Let them jump.
Let them MOVE.

Meet our newest member of the team, Coach Andrew!

“Hello, I’m Andrew, and I’m excited to be joining the boys team at Momentum. I have loved coaching men’s and women’s gymnastics for the better part of the past 6 years. I have coached across Illinois, then at the Nebraska School of Gymnastics, where I also went to school (Go Huskers!). During my time in Lincoln, I also judged many club and NCAA meets.
While I am new to Utah, I am not new to gymnastics. I look forward to being a part of the Momentum team and to making a difference for the athletes I work with.”

We’re excited to have Andrew join our coaching team and for the boys to begin working with him!
